well, we’ve been busy, so blog posts have not been our priority, but we celebrated anniversary number 6 last week by hosting Fox 59 and Where’s Sherman and roasting a whole hog. Ernie does these every so often and while it means a sleepless night, it sure is good! We are still enjoying some at home too! We cannot express enough how much we appreciate the support of our customers, especially over the last 15 months - without your support of small businesses, we would not have made it through this most challenging year.
We recently have welcomes 2 new staff - Chef Todd, who as already started adding some of his own culinary skills to some weekly specials and desserts - can we say enough about his banana pudding and peach crisps last week? Zayne has also joined us after recently graduating high school and is looking forward to starting further education in a culinary program this fall!
And we cannot forget that Jim has been with us running the front end from our opening!
We are looking forward to more things returning to normal.
We are looking at our hours on a regular basis, and watch our social media for announcements of when we start adding hours. We are looking to start extending hours a couple of days a week and expand from there!
